Chuck Luhrs

Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
(In Memoriam of our dear friend)

Co-Founder and CSO of Innovative Radiology. I started my career in the US Navy as a Guided Missile Fire Control Technician. I was fortunate to travel to many different parts of Europe and the Caribbean during my time. After my six years in the military, I started working in 3rd party x-ray and later moved to GE. I have been in the industry for over 30 years, the bulk of that time spent at GE Healthcare as a Multivendor FSE. Eventually, I worked to become a certified Vascular FSE working primarily on the Innova platform. I left GE at the end of 2013 and started Digital X-Ray Services. Josh, Kyle, and I started Innovative Radiology a few years later. I have primarily been a Field Service Engineer, but my role has branched out to include customer support, business operations and sales. I always place a strong emphasis on customer service and support.

I am an outdoor enthusiast and enjoy taking trips with my Family. I have a tree farm and enjoy gardening. I have two sons and one daughter. My oldest son graduated from DeVry last year and has taken on a full time roll at IR. My daughter will graduate from GA State in the Spring and continue her accounting education elsewhere. My youngest son just graduated High School and has started at GA State. They are all currently working at Innovative Radiology.

Kyle Hall

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Co-founder and COO of Innovative Radiology. In my 20 years in this industry, I have had the opportunity to meet some amazing people along the way. Two of them being Josh Glas and Chuck Luhrs, the other founders of our company. Since 2016 the three of us have worked to create a business that truly makes an impact on both our customers and our employees. As we continue growing, my hope is that those two things never change… the greatest compliment a business can receive from its customers and employees is their trust and loyalty.

Outside of work, I stay busy by spending time with my family. My wonderful wife, Alisha and my children, Adriana, Grant, and Isaiah enjoy traveling and staying involved with our church family. For recreation, when the opportunity presents itself, I try to get out and golf – although my golf score would say otherwise!

I served in the Army National Guard for 20 years and recently retired as the First Sergeant of a Combat Engineer company. Having the opportunity to serve my country will always be one of my greatest accomplishments.

Philip Krauss

Vice President Technical Operations
I enlisted in the military in 1997 and was stationed with the Old Guard in Virginia following my training. For three years, I served in various capacities, including full honor firing parties and assisting with general officer indoctrinations and retirements in our nation’s capital. Realizing the limited transferability of my military skill set to civilian life, I pursued reclassification to become a 91A biomedical engineer. Completing my biomed training in Wichita Falls, Texas, in 2001, I was then stationed in Heidelberg, Germany, where I spent four years as an imaging/biomed engineer.
Transitioning to civilian life in 2005, I secured a position as an imaging engineer at a local hospital in Pennsylvania. From there, I advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, including serving as lead installer for the Northeast at Philips and managing two hospitals in eastern PA with Masterplan. Progressing further, I became a team leader for the northeast at Aramark, where I spent three years before being promoted to the Imaging Center of Excellence (ICE) team, providing support to engineers across the US and Canada.
During my tenure with Aramark, I spearheaded the establishment of the Hologic program for tech support and training. Seeking new challenges, I joined Frontier Imaging Services, a startup, where I played a key role in building their service organization. Following the acquisition of Frontier Imaging Services, I relocated to Nashville and assumed the role of overseeing operations for the X-ray division at Tri Imaging Solutions. There, I established the Hologic training program and led part repair initiatives.
My career journey continued as I transitioned to the role of Vice President of Operations at Arch Medical, where I established Hologic programs, service operations, and parts repair businesses. Currently, I serve as the Vice President of Technical Operations for Innovative Radiology, bringing my total experience in the field to 24 years. Outside of work, I am happily married and the proud father of three children, aged 27, 19, and 10.

Michael Hickman

Vice President Sales & Marketing

I have spent the bulk of my career with PartsSource, where I wore many hats including, sales, marketing, customer service, finance, recruitment, training and operations. I find that building teams of quality people with clear goals is the road to success. I spent the last few years at 626 which afforded me the opportunity to learn not only about the service aspect, but also the equipment installs, from drawings to applications. I’ve known Josh & Kyle for a long time and when the opportunity to work with them became available, I was excited to join. We have very clear goals at IR. Be reputable, reliable and of course…innovative. In my free time I enjoy riding my motorcycle and picking at my guitar. I have been doing both since I was a kid. I have one daughter and we visit frequently, which is my greatest jo

Tommy Parker

Customer Service Manager
I picked up some solid skills and work ethic working for my family’s business until I hit 24. That taught me the ropes of customer relations, hard work, and thinking outside the box. After that, I made my way to Tennessee for a stint at MTSU, diving into Business and Mechatronic Engineering. While I was hitting the books, I also worked at AutoZone, starting from the bottom as a retail worker and ending up as the assistant manager at the Nashville Mega Hub. Being “In the Zone” taught me how to juggle different aspects of a business and lead a team while attending school full time.
Somebody noticed my knack for auto parts game and pulled me into the HTM industry. Now, I’m your go-to guy for Mammo, Xray, C-arm, Cath, CT, and MRI parts, along with tubes, equipment, and Service. I’m quick on my feet when it comes to finding solutions for customers, letting them move on to the next job with the confidence that their stuff is on the way and spot-on. I’m all about making connections in the industry, so call me for parts or just to talk about life!
When I’m not grinding at work, you’ll find me hitting the gym, taking leisurely strolls, grabbing dinner with friends, and contemplating getting a puppy!

Amanda Wagner

I have been in the industry for 10 years. I started in 2014 at PhiGEM and have been with Innovative Radiology since 2023. I help provide our customers with the imaging parts they need in a diligent and meticulous manner.
I was born and raised in Long Island, NY. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughters. I have an unhealthy obsession with my 10-year-old English Bulldog, Winston – we all do. I love doing home renovations, going to the beach, traveling, and playing games with my family.

I have been working in the medical device repair industry for 25 years. Joe Greene

Capital Equipment Sales Executive
I’ve been in Radiology my entire 25-year career. I started by picking up scrap X-ray film for its silver and grew into CR, then DR sales with the digital revolution. I manage equipment sales for IR and manage our daughter company, a Teleradiology & Women’s Health company. I love helping craft radiology solutions for clients that far exceed their expectations. I live on the lake in Metro Atlanta and try to spend my weekends on the water with family & friends when possible. With children in college, high school, and elementary school, we stay busy with baseball, volleyball, piano, voice, guitar & more!

Mallory Luhrs

Warehouse Assistant
I started working at the IR warehouse seven months ago and since then I have learned many skills that are necessary for day-to-day operations. I have been on multiple service calls, deinstalls, and room moves with Innovative Radiology. On top of working for IR, I am also taking college courses at Georgia State University and after this semester I will have my associate degree with a major in business administration. In the future I plan on getting my bachelor’s degree in accounting and hopefully helping with the financial side of Innovative Radiology. Outside of work I have many hobbies which include cooking, baking, fishing, gardening, and painting.
