Ten years ago today, Innovative Radiology started with something much bigger than inventory, warehouse space, or sales goals. It started with relationships, trust, and a belief that people still mattered in business.
In April of 2016, Chuck, Josh, and Kyle sat down for their first in-person meeting. There was no corporate office, no national footprint, and no roadmap guaranteeing success — just a shared vision and the determination to build something the right way.
A month later, on May 12th, 2016, Innovative Radiology was officially registered in Georgia. On July 11, 2016, the first rent payment was sent for a small 5,000-square-foot warehouse in Conyers. It wasn’t glamorous, but it represented opportunity and a commitment to serve customers honestly, move quickly, and treat people with respect. By November 2018, the footprint had tripled to 15,000 square feet.
What followed over the next decade was remarkable growth, without losing the values that built the company.
In July 2023, we expanded into Nashville to better support healthcare providers. In November 2024, we moved into a 44,000-square-foot warehouse in Conyers — a milestone reflecting years of hard work and trust. Then in October 2025, we expanded again into Gallatin, continuing to build a stronger future.
But the real story isn’t about square footage.
It’s about the phone calls answered after hours.
The emergency parts solved under pressure.
The customers who became friends.
The teams who knew they could count on us when it mattered most.
And at the center of that legacy was Chuck.
Chuck wasn’t just a founder. He made people feel valued. He believed business should be personal, your word should matter, and taking care of people always comes first.
That spirit still drives Innovative Radiology today.
Every detector we sell, every system we support, every shipment we rush out, and every partnership we build carries forward the standard he set. Not because we have to — because we believe in it.
As we celebrate ten years, we’re grateful:
To our customers who trusted us.
To our employees who give their all.
And to everyone who helped shape Innovative Radiology.
Ten years later, we’re larger and stronger than ever — but the heart remains unchanged.
We still believe relationships matter.
We still believe service matters.
And we still believe people deserve honesty, urgency, and care.
That’s the legacy Chuck helped create.
And it’s the legacy we will continue for years to come.
From all of us at Innovative Radiology — thank you for being part of the journey.
